Thoughts About Architecture

Architecture is about the journey rather than the destination !
How we perceive architecture is important, I believe that our perception of something structurally beautiful is influenced by the way in which we arrive at that structure.
Example if we arrive at a particular structure with great challenge and stress then we would most likely not appreciate the beauty of that architectural show piece.
So in order to achieve a significant impression and showcase the architectural master piece its important to keep in mind how people arrive at this location. Hence the importance of the journey rather than the destination. Much like how we draw from life itself the experience we gain through out our life create a significant sense emotional intelligence and we associate this to our past and present which influences our future directions.

I always wondered what would be the best way to classify the perfect house ? I am searching for the perfect house. However everyone will argue with me that this is a relative process, it depends on each person such as beauty. As they say beauty is in the eye of the be-holder.
Something that maybe of pure beauty to me might not be to you. But what i am hoping is that this search for the perfect house will help me discover the architecture of happiness.
Lets hope that one day we all discover the architecture of happiness !
